=MQ= 500.83 Error AND/OR Missing Char. Pages

The game staff is aware that many people are getting the following error:

Error Saving Exp!!
Your account has been recorded to investigate this issue!
Error Code: 500.83

This appears to be triggering as a result of hitting an 'unseen' experience cap. The staff is looking into it.

Game accounts are monitored to ensure that users play in accordance with the rules. The message you received while playing was relayed to game staff for investigation. Please continue using MQ as you normally would.

NOTE:

The level cap is 15 now. That is why it shows as 999999999 XP required. Experience needed to level IS 999999999. The current level cap is 15. You cannot get to 16 yet.

The "extra" experience you gained will NOT roll over. When a cap is raised, you will NOT shoot up several levels. This is intentional and is the same in all AE games.

Additionally, there have been many reports of missing or 'un-viewable' character pages. Again, these are being investigated. If you would like to post about this issue, this thread is now the place to do so.
