Have You Taken On These Revenant Ghosts Yet?

Thought I'll make a thread which isn't constant nagging about the ability to PK.
So, have you tried hunting these ghosts yet? I went on a one-man hunting trip earlier and as it turned out they are indeed as tough as Jagex implied. Went with Karil's, a whip, a super set and an inventory full of Tuna Potatoes, encountered a level 100+ ghost (didn't memorize the exact level as it was higher than mine) and ran like hell a minute later. These things can hit up to 30 and I personally got teleblocked as soon I approached! Ranged and melee seemed to work fine but it kept healing itself as soon as its health fell below the 50% point. Just imagine there were more of them...
Does anyone has more successful stories?
