What should i train on to get 70 attack, but at the same time recieve decent prayer experience?

At the moment I am training on baby Blue Dragons (level-48) and i am getting decent experience in both skills.

If any of you have a suggestion where there is better experience to be had in BOTH skills then feel free to post.
