Since The Wild Has Gone..., are the rewards free?

well..i was just thinking that when there was a wilderness..jagex made it "interesting" by doing stuff like:
ALOT of free loots

some good monsters
treasure trail
runecrafting
all other skill/stat training


well..now without the wildy..can i just go train on stuff i woulda liked to train when there was the wildy?

DO you guys think of this?...i mean i know alot of peoople getting the free drops and rc.

what monsters should i train, im sure there are ENDLESS possiblities, for example:

fishing lobs and then train on greaters...


BUT the most important question isnt really about training, its about revenants, just how OFTEN do these pop out?..
lol i dont want to die with all my stuff lol
