Welcome to Direct Mod Questions, the one stop shop for all your Moderator Question needs. Here's how it works:

1) Post you question here. Only post once; we can't always answer right away, so be patient.
2) A Moderator or ArchKnight will edit your post with the answer

Simple, eh? Well, there are a few more rules/guidelines to be aware of as well:

1) If you're not a Mod/AK, please refrain from answering. We appreciate the sentiment, but please leave it to us.
2) This post is for your forum-related concerns only. Only forum-related questions belong here. As for other questions:

Bug related issues belong in the Bugs Forum

General Gameplay questions belong in the normal Questions and Answers Forum below this thread

Chat Related questions belong in the IRC Chat Help Forum

Gameplay Strategy/Character Advice can be found here.
3) Don't ask us about release dates for classes/weapons/events/etc... We don't know any more then you do. We're forum moderators, not the Dev Staff.
4) Don't use your sig. Sigs will just clutter up the thread.
5) Personal Issues ("Why did you lock my thread/eat my sig/etc...") should be handled through PM with the relevant Mod/AK, not posted here.
6) We cannot and will not discuss specific people or bans in this thread. These are personal matters to be handled privately.
