Costs:
$19.95 for a Dragon Amulet, $29.95 for the "special" Upgrade your entire account Dragon Amulet.

What you get:
Single Dragon Amulet upgrade - unlocks 3 extra slots, enables DA-only items and quests for the ONE character you upgraded. That character will be un-deletable. You are stuck with him/her.
"Special" DA upgrade - unlocks 3 extra slots, makes all 6 character slots able to access DA-only items and quests, PLUS, if you decide to delete a character, the new character you create gets the DA and Dragon Coins as well. DA and Coins will stay in the slot.
Dragon Coins special ... if you pay for the Dragon Coins/Full account upgrade as a joint thing, you get an additiaonal 2000 DCs on ALL your slots,. So if you upgrade all six characters for $29.95, plus pay the extra $5.00 for the DCs, all your character SLOTS will have 2200 DCs on them. The first time you create a character in one of the extra slots, they will start with a DA, and 2200 DCs. If you delete any character (including any of your existing characters) and make another one, that character will start with a DA and 2200 DCs.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase ADDITIONAL Dragon Coins on a character slot, and then delete that character at some stage, then you will revert to your starting Dragon Coin amount for that character slot (whether that be 200 or 2200). Any additional DCs you may have purchased for that character slot will disappear.
While PayPal payments are normally almost instantaneous, please allow some time for the process - it's likely that it's a bit snowed under at Artix Entertainment at the moment.
Well. If you get the 6 slot upgrade, PLUS the Dragon Coins (for a total of $34.95), all your slots WILL have 2200 Dragon Coins - permanently. I've just confirmed it.

*** NOTE: the mail form will say "Account Hacked" in the subject. However, this is the only link we can find that will definitely get your information to the people it needs to go to. Please just say what your email is about when you send it so that they know what's going on.
Transaction ID Info: There has been an increase of requests trying to find Transaction IDs. This is information that we are required to have as part of proof that the transaction (Most likely an upgrade of sorts) was originally made by you.
If you made a payment with PayPal they have a Q&A for Transaction ID History which you can get to by following:
- When at the main page for PayPal (www.paypal.com) click "Help" in the top right corner.
- Click "Sending Money" in the list down below.
- Click "Transaction History" in the new list.
- I would specifically refer you to questions #5 and #23 but also be sure to glance through them yourself to make sure there's nothing else that may apply to you. ~Irish
Unfortunately, if you do not have a transaction ID, AQ cannot prove that the account is yours.
