This guide will show you how to make a video/screenshot with the output being a moving screenshot of what you have recorded.

Hypercam (free)
• Windows XP or higher
• High speed internet highly recommended
PreparationWe will not teach you how to use Hypercam, you need to already understand how to use it. Also, try to keep your video clips just a couple of seconds long, because huge files take a long time to load.
Step 1: Capture Video ClipUsing Hypercam, record a short clip of you playing RuneScape or something.
Step 2: Convert Video FileWhen you are done recording, your output file should be in the AVI format. Now, go to
THIS website.
Click browse and select your file. Then it should automatically choose the .AVI format for Input Format. For the Output Format, select Animated GIF. Then except the terms.
Step 3: Let it loadIt will take a while, but after several minutes you will finally see a download button. Your downloaded file will be your video clip as an image!
