Rules of the Council
So ends the main body of the Council and High Council. Noctros again teaches us not to fix our eyes on the things we see. As creatures of the Dark, people condemn us to be blind. But Noctros reminds us that only with blindness do we truly see. We are able to see the truth, and understand the nature of things in the teachings of the Dark. It is of utmost importance that we realize that the Dark Conclave is not permanent and immutable. The Dark Conclave is based on a series of prayers carried out by the Dark Apostles (people on the forums) on a monthly basis. During our prayers, we seek those who are dedicated to the Dark by heart, by soul, and by mind. Prayers are usually carried out in the Dark Chamber where the Apostles pray for guidance in re-appointing their new leaders. Strong leaders remain in position while weaker leaders fall back into the ranks and reattain their spiritual awareness.
There is always mutiny within the Castle. Based on the vote of the Dark Conclave, Elders have the power to remove the position of a Scion if they realized that the individual is not fit and stoic enough to lead his people. Revenants have direct power from Noctro's and are able to remove any Elder based on a meditation with the Dark (i.e. a vote). Noctros, however, claims that with the common mind of all Apostles, Revenants may be stripped of their power and status if they deem unfit for leading the Clan.

The Revenants of Chaos and Nightfall both work as a team in our clan. They are all responsible for planning wars, devising strategies and diverting troops to certain regions of battles. To help organize artworks, signatures, literature and many other non-war-related submissions of creativity and for designing and implementing reward systems (forum only) such as badges and tokens. Another task both of the Revenants is to: organizing the general flow of the forums, collecting information in organized tables and layouts, and submitting them to the other Revenants and Elders for analysis and further implementation of policies. If one revenant is away on sick leave or some other reasons. It is required for the other revenant to help out and complete the task that was left.

Scions of Nocturu Scions have job divisions such as war, art, and information. Their main task is to complete
or help out in assigned projects given by any of the two Revenants. This will include working with the Elders to get these tasks completed. Scions will also be responsible for keeping track of Elder non-activity as this has been a problem in the past. Scions are there to help the members when called upon as well.
Scion of Armageddon :
Tauguy This Scion has the job of helping in any war/event efforts. It is also their job to plan strategies for these efforts.
Scion of Illusions :
Mortis Angelus This Scion has a job for giving creative ideas into the Nocturu area. Also, the SoI must have a good concept of art.
Scion of Dreams :
Moridin They are in charge of gathering new statistics and keeping track of information
Elders of Nocturu There are four Elders positions in total, one for each Scion. Except for the Elder of Necromancy and Archmage of Nocturu who corrisponde to wars and making decisions such as Unity vs Chasos. Mainly they will help Scions in various discussions and hopefully by providing lots of suggestions. Although in some occasions, they will be asked to helps Revenants when the need is there. Another task the Elders have is to help encourage forum activity between members. (there are many ways to do this. Scions will have suggestions)FAQers that will help ppl when needed. If there is a member who is miss-behaving, it's the Elders job to report them to a Revenant.

DarkChris76 The Elder of Necromancy is in charge of making war decisions. He is the one Elder of War that supports Unity.
Archmage of Nocturu :
Alpha Shadow The Archmage of Nocturu is in charge of making war decisions. He is the one Elder of War that supports Chaos.
Elder of Twilight : ccman123
The Elder of Twilight is in charge of all Art Projects assigned to Nocturu.
Elder of Dementia :
Oblivion_Necroninja The Elder of Dementia is in charge of all statistics and keeping track of these during war times...

What is the Nocturu High Council The Nocturu High Council is made up of 2 Revenants. Revenant of Nightmare, and Revenant of Chaos. Then second in command are the Scions each divided with a specific job. And under each scion, an Elder acts as their assistant and helper. The entire Council as a whole leads Nocturu with there wisdom of the clan.

So, about war, how can I help? In Nocturu we have devised a system which we think will work very efficiently as well as providing each member with a small group of people whoa re online when they are. It is the Strike Teams, and it works on the basis that at all times there is always someone online. So while these people are online, they can work with each other in a co-ordinated effort to fighting in the event
