The update system is simple, I usually make a small advert every major update I do and the title will change a bit at the top. Be sure to check often - since when Dragon Fable updates, I have to as well.
The file of the trainer (the .exe called DF Xtrainer) will be updated the most, so instead of having to download the entire trainer over again, you'll be able to download that particular file and have all the benefits of the new version without the huge download .
