Non-Gameplay Bugs - 5 [Template in 2nd post]

This is being brought back, though problems in this area should be very minimal, so assume that it belongs in another thread first, before posting here.

Have a bug to report? Read this.

Again, remember to include your browser and flash version. In the post, detail everything that you can think about. What happened? When did it happen? Where did it happen? How did it happen? (How did you trigger it? What actions led up to it?) Screenshots are great things to use as well. If you don't know how to take one, check this.

This includes problems with character creation, logging in, and the character. Check the home page first. Make sure that you're supposed to be able to create a character and log-in.

You can only create ONE character. You gain two extra slots when you verify your e-mail address by clicking on the link in the e-mail.

Also, you MUST create a NEW account. Using your AQ account on DF will not let you log in. It doesn't use the same system as ArchKnight.

You can use the Account Manager to change your email, password or resend your email verification.

Make sure to check out the DF help pages for specific account issues. Since forum accounts are not linked to DF game accounts it's difficult for us to solve specific account issues.
